All racing shirts are sold as described to the best of our ability. Colors, sizing, and design placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing methods, or material differences. Minor variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payments

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper care or use.

5. Shipping

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• PepeLocoTechnology  is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.
